The Product Marketing Specialist must be able to interface effectively and establish quick credibility and confidence with: Product Management, Vendor Partners, Sales and Direct Customers. We’re seeking a talented individual with a passion for the Broadband industry. This individual should have strong adept industry knowledge and is capable of turning our engineering technology and feature sets into clearly defined products and services. This person must understand current market trends in the broadband industry and can create compelling go-to-market strategies. This individual is responsible for all marketing activities surrounding CHR’s product and service offerings. This includes: developing product messaging and positioning for products and services; conceiving and developing innovative marketing programs that drive lead generation, and market research.
Develops product positioning and messaging that differentiates CHR’s products within the market.
Develop and drive competitive marketing campaigns to ensure CHR’s market share and profitability.
Responsible for driving new leads and revenue opportunities for product lines.
Identify areas for growth and working in partnership with the product team, provide input on product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features.
Manage all marketing and sales material for product and service offerings including: press releases, collateral, customer presentations, videos, PodCasts, and sales training materials.
Manages vendor/partner relationships for sponsorship and promotional opportunities.
Collaborates cross-functionally in a sales enablement roll and provides input on competitive selling, pricing, market development and field solutions.
Manages sales communication. This includes developing the necessary sales tools and providing the necessary communication in support of the sales process for CHR.
Responsible for new product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
Provides market intelligence – develop expertise on competitive offerings and develop strategy to position CHR for success.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
Minimum of 2 years marketing experience preferably in the telecom or broadband industry.
Successful track record of developing innovative marketing programs with proven results.
Working knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Act-On, Hubspot or Marketo.
Working knowledge of CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
Proficient in social media applications such as blogging, video, podcasts, LinkedIn and twitter.
Must be able to take complex technical data and translate into consumer messaging.
Strong project management experience.
Ability to effectively utilize MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
