Duties and Responsibilities:
*The Marketing Specialist (Director of Marketing and Fan Experience) is responsible for leading marketing efforts to generate revenue, increase attendance, enhance the game day experience, and build brand affinity for University of Hawai‘i at Manoa Athletics Programs.
*Develop and execute marketing, promotions, and game day production plans. Prioritize and incorporate department sponsorship fulfilments in various plans.
*Lead the development and execution of cutting-edge promotions, fan engagement opportunities and other in-venue interactive fan activities.
*Build and strengthen community outreach through researching and developing new marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing attendance at home athletic events.
