Relocation assistance is available.** The Director of Marketing and Communications oversees marketing strategy for Ballad Health Medical Associates (BHMA), which includes developing and executing measurable marketing and communication strategies that align with BHMA business objectives. In addition, the director is responsible for a broad range of marketing and communication activities that support BHMA primary and specialty care practices and service lines. The director will supervise the Manager, BHMA Marketing and Communications. This role requires strong marketing strategy and tactical planning and execution skills, and excellent communication skills.
