Job Opportunity at the ARF - We're looking for someone to join the ARF Membership Team as a Member Manager. The ideal candidate would be someone with 3-5 years account services skills, good with clients, strong follow-up skills and who is sales savvy. An understanding of the advertising and research industry ecosystem is a plus. Responsibilities will include managing members on a day-to-day basis and advocating for member’s requests and needs internally at the ARF. That’s where account service skills and attention detail play a key role. And there will be responsibilities to develop and sell sponsorship packages and potential new member sales. Lastly and maybe most importantly, we are looking for someone who is a team player who plays well with others. We believe in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
