Digital Marketing & Social Media Engagement
Coordinate and deploy digital marketing campaigns and messages through email and social media.
Maintain AWCI’s social media accounts and coordinate with colleagues to schedule regular communications through each account.
Maintain a master schedule of blast emails and social media content and posts across all departments.
Collect information on AWCI member and chapter social media accounts and regularly engage with them to promote member and AWCI activities and news.
Regularly track and report on social media & digital marketing engagement metrics and engage colleagues regarding messaging and content development.
Track and maintain AWCI digital advertising campaigns through Google, Facebook and other media.
Regularly review AWCI.org to ensure accuracy and update as needed.
Membership Management
Manage operations of Salesforce-based member management system.
Contact non-renewed members to encourage them to renew their membership and identify reason(s) why they did not renew.
Assist in development and execution of annual new member prospecting campaign and strategy, including messaging, potential enticements, special pricing options, etc.
Track communications with members and prospects/non-renewals and report on effectiveness of messaging.
Execute new member onboarding process for all new members, to include mailing of welcome packet, follow-up communications, etc.
Update new member engagement calendar to track onboarding activities.
Provide support for member & non-member account access/login requests.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor degree from an accredited institution.
2-5 years of marketing and communications experience, nonprofit preferred. Experience using Campaign Monitor or similar email marketing platform preferred.
Strong social media expertise.
Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to effectively collect, analyze, organize and present information.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce-based member management system preferred, but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with others, both internally and externally.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Ability to take the lead on projects and work independently, as well as collaboratively on a team.

Additional Salary Information: Salary level commensurate with experience. AWCI has a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision and retirement. Partial telecommuting is allowed, but this is not a fully remote position.
